Rita Betti, President and co-Founder of HALO Ministries International, graduated from HALO Christian University in 2001 with a Th.M. and taught theology until 2005. She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 to pursue screenwriting and producing.
She began with the Act One Saturday Writing Program in 2008 and went on to study Media Arts at Los Angeles Valley College.
Her film credits include such short films as The Hook (Writer; 2005), The Letter (Writer/Assoc. Producer; 2006), Asha to Ashes (Writer; 2007, 168 Film Project) Common Thread (Exec. Producer, Writer; 2009), Adam’s Eve (Writer, Exec. Producer, and Editor; 2010), Glamor Girl Greenies (Writer, Producer, Editor; 2010), Unveiled (Writer, Exec.
